Is texting customers legal?

Yes, with proper consent. Text marketing is governed by the TCPA and by carrier registration rules, and we set all of it up for you: the opt-in language, the consent record, and the brand and campaign registration the carriers require. Your customers opt in, we keep the proof, and every message follows the rules.

Where does my list come from?

Your own customers, the ones who opt in. They text a keyword, scan a QR code at your counter, or sign up on your website. We never buy, rent, or upload a purchased list, because that's how businesses get shut down, and it's not how you build something that lasts.

What if someone wants to stop?

They reply STOP and they're out, instantly and automatically. It's handled at the carrier level, so there's nothing for you to track and no way to accidentally text someone who left. A clean list is a compliant list.

Do I keep my number?

We set up a dedicated texting number for your campaigns, so your existing business line keeps working exactly as it does today, untouched. If you'd rather text from your current business number and it's eligible, we can register that one instead.

What does setup include?

A one-time $299 setup covers carrier registration, your opt-in flow, and your message templates: everything needed to launch compliant and ready to send. Setup is waived when you pay annually.

What counts as a text?

Texts are billed in 160-character segments. A longer message counts as two or three segments, and one with emoji or special characters can count as more. We write your campaigns to fit, so you get the most out of every send.

Does it work with my booking system or CRM?
