Paid ads for local businesses

Your ads get clicks. Let’s get you the calls.

If your ads get views and clicks but the phone stays quiet, look at what happens after the click. We run your Google and Facebook ads and fix the page they land on, so more of those clicks turn into calls and bookings.

Three phone screens in a row: your ad in the search results, your page with a call button, and an incoming call.

Why ads disappoint

You paid for the click. Then it hit a dead end.

Someone in Utica searches “roof repair” on their phone. Your ad comes up. They tap it, wait on a slow page, scroll for a phone number, and give up. They call the next roofer on the list. You still paid for that tap.

Three things we check first:

The wrong searches.

Your ad shows up for people who were never going to buy.

We manage keywords and blocked search terms every week.

A page that doesn't ask.

No clear call button, form or booking link.

We build or tune the page your ads land on. That's the work we do every day.

No idea what's working.

You see clicks, not customers.

We track calls and forms and report what each lead cost.

What we do

The ads, the page, and the numbers. All three.

Google Ads

Show up the moment someone searches for what you do.

  • Search campaigns built around how your customers actually search
  • Ad copy and extensions written for your town and your services
  • Weekly bid, budget and blocked-search management
  • Call and form tracking set up from day one

Facebook & Instagram ads

Reach people in your area before they ever search.

  • Audiences built around your service area
  • Retargeting for people who visited and didn't call
  • Ad copy and image edits from your own photos
  • Meta pixel and conversion tracking

The page they land on

One page, one job: getting the call.

  • A clear offer and a tap-to-call button that's easy to hit on a phone
  • A short form or booking link
  • Fast on a phone
  • Built the way we build our client websites

Plain-English reporting

Every month, in writing.

  • What you spent
  • How many calls, forms and bookings came in
  • What each lead cost
  • What we're changing next, and why

Your account, your data

You own it. You see all of it.

  • The ad account is in your name. If you ever move on, it goes with you.

  • You pay Google and Meta directly for your ad spend. It never runs through us.

  • Every month you see what we did and what it brought in.

How it works

No mystery about where your money went.

1

Talk it through

Tell us what you're running now, or what you'd like to run. We look at your ads and the page they land on, and tell you straight whether ads make sense for your business.

2

Fix the page, then run the ads

If the page isn't ready for paid clicks, we fix it or build one just for the ads. Then we set up call and form tracking and launch or rework your campaigns.

Common questions

Ad questions, answered straight

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your market and what a new customer is worth to you. We'll look at both on the call, recommend a starting budget you're comfortable with, and adjust from real numbers after that.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google and Meta set the price of a click, and nobody controls who buys. What we control is who sees your ads, what they say, the page they land on, and how fast we cut what isn't working. That's what we're accountable for every month.

Google or Facebook: which is right for me?

Google reaches people who are already searching for what you do. Facebook and Instagram reach people in your area before they search. Service businesses usually start with Google. We'll recommend one on the call.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work in your account with manager access. If you ever move on, the account, its history and its data stay with you.

What if my website isn't ready for ads?

Then we fix that first, or build a page just for the ads. Paying for clicks that land on a page that doesn't ask for the call is one of the fastest ways to waste an ad budget.

What's in the monthly report?

What you spent, how many calls, forms and bookings came in, what each lead cost, and what we're changing next. Plain English, not a dashboard export.
